Fun and educational: Mandala bowl glass fusing workshop
(2 day workshop)
In this glass fusing workshop each student will create a 10” round glass bowl.
We will go through the process of glass cutting, learn about powders, possibly melt glass stringers and explore different options of color combinations. Everything will be explained step by step, it’s easy to follow for beginner glass fusers.
The project will be fired twice after the 2nd day of the workshop. The first firing is to fuse the glass into one piece. The second firing is to give the bowl the shape (slumping).
Around 3 weeks after finishing the workshop the projects will be ready for pick up.
$200/per student, taxes are included.
Up to 6 students get to join the fun.
The date of the class might be postponed if less than 4 students register.
